Description

Please note: we plan to offer this course in-person, but that is subject to change if COVID-19 conditions require us to present virtually. Masks will be provided for all participants, and we will be set up to accommodate social distancing.

Smartscape is a training program specifically designed for professionals in the landscape industry and associated fields. A range of students attend Smartscape, such as those owning or working for landscaping companies (installation and maintenance supervisors and crew members, or office personnel involved in scheduling field staff or contracting), employees of municipal parks and recreation departments, nurseries, landscape architecture or design firms, and property management companies, as well as HOA members.

Smartscape programs are designed to provide education on a wide range of topics encountered in the landscape field, with instruction from experts in the green industry. Attendees can earn continuing education for International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).

The Smartscape course prepares students with the essential skills to plan, create, and care for water-efficient landscapes. Smartscape delivers 20 hours of high-quality education on the best irrigation and horticultural practices for the desert southwest. Students receive a Smartscape manual and additional materials, all with valuable information and resources.

*REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.* Contact the Program Coordinator if you wish to pay with a check.
